Due to the corona virus outbreak we have made some changes...
Following government advice and instructions connected to Coronavirus regarding gyms, clubs and social gatherings it is unfortunately necessary to temporarily close our venues. This will remain in effect until further notice.
We are now using conferencing software to run our classes online!
We are doing lessons via Live video streaming where students can take part by following along.
All you have to do is download the FREE application Zoom to your device (laptop, mobile, tablet, tv etc) then as long as you have received the link to the online class or trial then all you have to do is click on the link to join.
No need to be shy you can join with or without your camera on.
