Ady started Taekwondo over 35 years ago and is now a 7th Degree World Master and owner of Ady Jones Taekwondo Academy & Schools.
Ady has previously competed at the highest level in Miami and all over Europe, has spent time training in Korea and has won many World, British and European Titles.
