Pop along to see us – you can check out our facilities plus let the kids try out our bouncy castle while you chat to the team!
Our team of fully qualified instructors will be available for you to ask any questions about how our classes can help benefit you and your children’s lives in a positive way. Increasing their confidence, focus, fitness all whilst learning self defence, making friends and having FUN!!
You will learn about the different programs we offer – e.g. Tigers for 3-5 years, Junior program and our Family classes. We also have adults only and a ladies only kickboxing program!
You will be able to watch demos throughout the day as well as being entered into a competition to win a years free training!!
We all also have discounted training offers & some free giveaways!
